Welfare Programs

Adults ages 21-120 who are recognized by the Disability Department of the Ministry of Welfare as having autism, intellectual disability, or rehabilitation needs.

 

?How do we register

1) Background information: Send us an email with the following information:

  • Name and contact information
  • Evaluation Committee (Va’adat Ivchum) form
  • Placement Committee (Va’adat Hasama) form
  • Medical/educational evaluations

2) After we evaluate the information to best determine proper placement, we will get back to you regarding the registration process.

3) Interview and tour of program

4) Evaluation of candidate’s level of functioning, by a panel of professionals from the chosen program

5) You will receive verification of placement from your local municipality.

6) Placement in class/group/residence that best fits candidate’s needs.

7) Completion of registration forms
